All content on accidentalactivist.net, including blog posts, articles, Vault materials, documents, templates, drafts, images, videos, audio, and any other original works (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by Marcelina Writes / Accidental Activist / Marcelina Martinez or licensed to us and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Personal Use Only
Paid Vault members are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to view and download Content solely for their own private, non-commercial use during the term of their active membership.

Prohibited Actions
You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or perform any Content
  • Share, post, upload, or otherwise make available any Content to non-members
  • Use Content for commercial purposes, teaching, training, AI training datasets, or any public dissemination
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Automatic Liquidated Damages Clause
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, or public display of Vault Content (in whole or in part) will be considered a material breach of these terms. In such event, you agree that actual damages would be difficult to ascertain. Therefore, you agree to pay liquidated damages of $10,000 USD per infringing item (e.g., each document, template, chapter draft, or post shared) as a reasonable estimate of harm, plus reasonable attorney fees and costs if legal action is required. This is not a penalty but a contractual agreement to compensate for the unique value and confidentiality of the Content.
