By accessing, browsing, or using accidentalactivist.net (the “Site”), including any paid membership (“Vault”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site provides informational and educational content, personal narratives, and exclusive materials related to foreclosure practices, government involvement, and related topics. Some content is publicly available; certain exclusive content is only accessible to active paid Vault members.
2. Membership & Exclusive Content
- Access to exclusive Vault content (including but not limited to unredacted documents, templates, drafts, analysis, and other paid materials) is strictly limited to individuals with an active, paid membership.
- Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
- You agree not to share your login credentials, account access, or any exclusive content with non-members. Sharing login information or paid content (via screenshots, downloads, forwarding, posting online, or any other means) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- We reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership, revoke access, and pursue legal remedies (including damages) for any unauthorized sharing or access.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or Vault content for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from exclusive content
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Interfere with the Site’s operation
4. Payments & Billing
- All payments are processed through Stripe.
- See separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access exclusive content ends immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Site and Vault content are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or content.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
