If you’re not satisfied with the Vault, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment (monthly or annual). This gives you time to explore the documents, templates, and early book drafts.
- To request: Reply to your welcome email or contact Marcie@accidentalactivist.net with your order details.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- After 7 days, memberships are non-refundable (no partial refunds for monthly plans).
Cancellations & Future Billing
- You may cancel your membership at any time from your account page (or contact us).
- Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid.
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds for partial months or unused time.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for renewals after the initial 7-day window.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse (e.g., excessive access followed by refund request).
- If a payment fails or is disputed, access may be suspended until resolved.
